Step three: apply for your loan

Once you have made the offer and it's been accepted, it's time to apply for the loan. It couldn't be easier, and you can apply online, right here on our site. After the offer has been accepted and you have applied for your loan, we'll order a professional appraisal on the home.

Step four: your loan is funded

The real estate agents will find an escrow/title company to handle the "funding" and closing of the sale. We'll coordinate with this company to make sure all the papers your lender requires are available, and you will probably}likely sign all these papers at their officeWe coordinate with this company on your date to close. Since you won't have to coordinate this process, you can think about the move, paint colors, carpet, and all the details of moving into a new house.
